ARE THERE ANY BENEFITS FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS?

First-time customers can request for a customer loyalty card! That way, by visiting us and supporting our store, you will also be rewarded for your commitment with discounts for some of your visits!

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT? 

We advise that all customers book an appointment with us to ensure that we will be prepared for your visit. It’s simple! Just call our store or walk-in and ask to schedule one with us.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE?

We totally understand that some customers may not receive the design or were unhappy with the customer service they received at the store. If that is the case for you, please feel free to come back or contact us and we will do our best to correct any mistakes or improve for next time.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN ALONG WITH ME? 

Some of our services ladies are parents themselves, so it should not be an issue. In fact, we also have reduced prices for kids under 10 years old.

WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR/WANT TO MODIFY MY APPOINTMENT?

Feel free to call us and let us know as soon as possible if you face issue attending the scheduled appointment and we’ll be happy to accomodate accordingly. 

IS THERE ANY WARRANTY FOR YOUR SERVICES?

We always strive to provide the best service and ensure it’s of a high standard. Hence, we do offer warranties on some of our services. - Nail services come with a 7 DAY warranty- Eyelash extensions come with a 5 DAY warrantyPlease contact us to schedule the remedial appointment.
